Job Summary

Teach illustration classes for Division of Visual Art & Design.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Under minimal supervision, teach semester-long illustration classes. Undergo college mandatory training. Take part in departmental-level training. Follow all SLCC policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor Degree. Five years full-time experience in illustration industry.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in illustration field. Some post-secondary (college) education experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

1. Ability to teach post-secondary illustration students.
2. Demonstrated abilities in illustration proficiency
3. Good reading and writing skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Dependable and punctual.
