Job Summary

This is a pooled position and ongoing recruitment. The department will review applications when positions become open.

Instruct students in the Diesel Systems Technology program in all areas of heavy duty diesel systems technology, with an emphasis in drive train components.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1.Follow course curriculum outline, prepare and deliver classroom activities.
2.Keep accurate classroom records.
3.Follow college policy and procedures.
4.Meet college and department deadlines and evaluate student work in a timely manner.
5. Complete all required training.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

1. Six years verifiable full-time work experience as a heavy duty diesel technician qualified in the following fields; complete drive train components, and basic diesel engines.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of full-time work experience in Heavy Duty Diesel.
