Job Summary

Play key role in Guest Services Operations byway of ticket sales

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Overall responsibilities would consist of but not limited to:
-Ticket sales on various ticketing systems
-Cash handling, credit card processing
-Ensure a positive guest experience
-Fan engagement
-Be well versed in regards to athletics, SLCC venues and other items pertaining to the department
-Other office.event duties as assigned
-Arrive on time
-Clean professional appearance

Preferred Qualifications

Some ticketing experience
Some money handling experience

Minimum Qualifications

High school grad of GED

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work nights, weekends and occasional holiday
-Strong ability to work individually and in team environment
-Proficient in basic computer skills
-Ability to learn new systems quickly
-Ability to multitask
-Problem solve in fast paced environment
-Engage fans at events

Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships across the College.
