Job Summary

Assist with database management, social media, event planning, preparation and execution, administrative support, reports

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Associate will aide the department with managing constant contact lists, social media posts, marketing, planning and preparing for events, data entry, reports, and general office support for the various departments within the division

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contact, Social Media platforms, database systems such as Sugar CRM

Minimum Qualifications

Some office/administrative experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Multi-tasking, self-starter, administrative functions, organizational skills, works well with multiple departments and people, driver’s license
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships across the College. Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities and special needs.
