Job Summary

Under Associate Dean and Administrative Assistant supervision. Work with and safeguard confidential documents while maintaining confidentiality. Answer and route telephone calls, provide clerical support, and other duties as required. Complete filing, emailing, and writing memorandum. Other duties as assigned

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Perform routine office functions.
Receptionist duties, screening phone calls, message taking, etc., Other duties as assigned.

Phone etiquette.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Customer Service skills.

Minimum Qualifications

High school graduation or GED.

Word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint

Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships across the College. Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities and special needs.
