Job Summary

The person for this job will need to be able to perform typical secretarial duties, but have the ability to use high performance computer skills to help with reports and data associated with the Federal Food Program and other programs.
Experience with writing code is a must, but preference will be given for persons familiar with VBA code writing.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Performs technical activities such as writing, coding, testing and documenting detailed instruction for computer
processing.
Performs highly skilled technical activities related to program development, data assembly and analysis and report generation.
Performs intermediate level secretarial duties that could include: compiling and typing correspondence, reports, and minutes
from written or dictated material; maintaining records and files. May also provide specific departmental information upon
request.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties Continued

This person may be asked to work with children in the center. While this will not be the primary job, there may/will be occasion for such a demand.

Preferred Qualifications

Work or familiarity with young children.

Minimum Qualifications

Computer competent
Degree in Computer Programing or related work experience.
Write code, and programming
Pass a background check, TB test and basic physical
Ability to work in a kid friendly environment.
Understand and work with Excel
